To facilitate and improve the service you receive, here are a few points to provide when you call:

• Address and type of property (single-family home, condo, multiplex, commercial, etc.) to be photographed, including unit number if required
• Number of photos — we estimate that one (1) photo covers about 100 square feet
• Desired appointment date and time slot
• The name and telephone number of the agent and/or landlord who will be on site — any contact with a tenant or tenants must be made by the agent or landlord

During appointments with tenants, the presence of the agent or owner is mandatory.
