Terms of Service

• “You” or “Client” refers to any individual or entity using our Services.
• “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to EGP TechnoVirtuel Inc.
• “Services” include photography, videography, drone services, 3D tours, floor plans, editing, hosting, and related media.
• “Media” refers to all deliverables produced by the Company.

By booking or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

3.1 Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled online or via customer service. A confirmation with an estimated arrival window will be provided.

3.2 Property Access & Responsibility

You confirm that you have authorization to grant access to the property. You are responsible for:

• Securing the property (pets, occupants, valuables)
• Ensuring safe access (snow removal, hazards, etc.)

We may refuse or stop a shoot if conditions are unsafe.

3.3 Delays & No-Show

If access is not granted within 15 minutes:

• The session may be reduced or canceled
• Exterior-only shooting may be completed
• Fees may still apply

• Cancellations after 4:00 PM the previous day may incur fees
• Rescheduling after this deadline is treated as a cancellation
• Weather rescheduling is allowed but subject to availability

The property must be clean and photo-ready. We are not responsible for staging or cleaning. Additional time due to unprepared conditions may be billed.

• Photos: next business day (estimated)
• 3D tours / video: 24–48 business hours (estimated)
• Large projects: variable timelines

Delivery times are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for weather, lighting, or environmental conditions. Reshoots for these reasons may incur additional fees.

• Included: editing errors or missing agreed shots
• Extra fees apply for reshoots due to staging, weather, or client changes

Payment is processed upon delivery. If payment fails, access to Media may be restricted.

Media is hosted for up to 12 months. After that, availability is not guaranteed. Clients should download and archive files.

11.1 Ownership

All Media remains the exclusive property of the Company and is protected under the Copyright Act (Canada).

11.2 License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Media for:

• Marketing a single property listing
• Use by the purchasing listing agent only

11.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Transfer Media to another agent, brokerage, or third party
• Reuse Media for another listing
• Sell, sublicense, or distribute Media
• Use Media for commercial purposes beyond listing marketing

11.4 Expiration

The license ends when the listing is sold, withdrawn, or expired. Continued use requires a new license.

Drone operations depend on weather, safety, and legal restrictions. We may cancel or modify services as required.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost sales, or listing performance. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from:

• Unauthorized use of Media
• Lack of property permissions
• Violation of these Terms

By providing contact information, you consent to receive communications. You may opt out at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable Canadian laws.
